Recipe Notes from Tiff:
- You can substitute the cinnamon and blueberries for 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 cup Enjoy Life mini semi-sweet chocolate chips for a chocolate chip version!
- I highly recommend using Pillsbury Best Gluten Free Flour for this recipe. I tried using Bob’s Red Mills which is excellent for other recipes but doesn’t have the same result with this recipe.
