I love this recipe! It is simple and delicious. After going gluten-free, I tried a few different frozen gluten-free chicken tender brands that were good but not comparable to homemade. I threw together some gluten-free baking flour, salt, and pepper to attempt my first trial at gluten-free chicken tenders that I had planned to adjust/add to after tasting. However, to my surprise, my husband and I both LOVED these as is!
I’ve recently started experimenting with creating my own mix of flours for different recipes but Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-free 1 for 1 Baking Flour is my staple for chicken tenders and several other recipes! It truly creates the perfect crust and it can almost always be be found at your local Walmart or health food store.
As simple as this recipe is, it has remained a favorite of mine for over a year. Feel free to add additional seasonings to your taste but it is mouthwatering as is!
